The product is a sandwich alternative, with a “round pound” price and of good quality. It is designed to be a pre-cooked product which would be appealing to consumers and is suitable to be used in: sandwiches, salads and snacks and can be classified in the “Ready-to-Eat” or “Food on the go” categories. The product is called “Pot Delights”. It is a pulled chicken product made from 100% chicken breast, cooked in a chilli, Coriander and lime marinade and is served with a separate portion of mango Chutney
